Exercise - yes 25 minutes of Pilates and 20 minutes walking
Calories - yes
Tracking - yes
I’ve always exercised a lot - (though right now I’m going through a really low period for exercise as I recover from illness and try to be kind to myself). I find it doesn’t make much difference toy weight, eating is the key. But - I only eat well if I’m exercising well. So they still go hand in hand for me.

Sounds like the pup walks you !! My saint did that until we bought a sporn harness it goes on like a traditional harness but goes up and around the front legs you give a gentle tug and it redirects them as they don’t like the sensation of something under the leg near the shoulder. Kind of like a rope under your arm pit and if you tug it’s uncomfortable a few times out with it and she was a grand walker.

It was very effective when we first got it and used it. I honestly think he has become desensitized to it. We attend outdoor training classes every Sunday morning (and work with him in these behaviours throughout the week). He is getting better at many things. But pulling when we see one of the MANY rabbits we encounter on our two daily walks is becoming more of an issue. He can smell/spot them from quite a distance and literally loses his mind and memory of any training we have done.
Perhaps we need to switch to a different harness system?

Had it all under control until my husband came home with a 2 for 1 special on panzerotti; something I hadn't enjoyed in over 20 years. Started with just a taste, ended with finishing the whole thing...
So yes on tracking, yes on exercising, no on remaining within calories.

I call things like that a triple threat. Salt, fat, crunch - maybe even sugar if there’s tomato sauce. Then it’s a Quadruple threat!!!!
My willpower is not enough for a triple or a quadruple threat - even if I’ve just eaten.
I hope you were able to savor every little bite of it! That’s what I do if I unexpectedly find myself facing one.
