    Good evening everyone. Time for another camel to walk thru your work spaces.

    @lindamtuck2018 we saw 'the last duel'. Definately not for the younger crowd, squeamish.
    Check in for 10/26:
    Steps - 7368. Lots of window shopping. Hit a mall I haven't been to in a very long time. It is a dead one with a lot of empty stores.
    Calories - 1675. P.f.chang for lunch. Refused to eat all of mine, even though it was really good.
    Exercise - arm exercises with dumbbells. Want to hit a walk or gym tomorrow.

    Glad to hear that. The pool is great. It is one of the reasons we picked the apartment building we are living in. It is a decent size pool.

    @WTGNicole
    New scales do that sometimes. What is the omada health program?

    @Bluetail6
    That’s a fantastic burn!

    @amymartin555
    You have some amazing steps in there.

    @rwood566
    Window shopping is so much fun! Nice steps!

    I struggled with getting back out there to walk since my fall .... I am terrified of falling again ...so I am putting it off until November 1st where it is a new month ...

    My eating! I need to go back to the basics I learned when doing my therapy for binge eating. It is a lot of work but I am worth it.

    I've decided not to participate in the November challenge. I was mostly going to do it, because my friend Kitty2Kats2 wanted me to join, so we could help motivate each other. Now that she's not going to do it, I've had a change of heart and will try again if she ever decide to rejoin the group. Sorry for any inconveniences I've caused. Thank you!

    Sorry to see you go ...You haven't caused any inconveniences... Best of luck to you

    Time to reflect again! What did you struggle with this month? How can you improve on this in November?

    Thinking I have it all figured out, weight-loss wise. How I can improve on this in November, is going back to the questions I asked myself when I first started really using MFP, last year. I have very high expectations of myself. Please don't confuse this with anything related to perfection. I am very driven and I have achieved a lot of success by holding myself accountable. I'm just making sure I don't get too complacent in the weight-loss arena.😉 I am a firm believer in getting to the root of why I gained weight and stayed overweight for so long. For some it could be as simple as hand-to-mouth (mindless eating). For others, maybe not. For me, it was a combination of mindless eating and straight-up stress.

    I thought I would post some of the questions here:

    1) Am I really/truly hungry?

    2) If no, I ask myself, "Is food going to solve my problem?"

    3) If no, I ask myself, "What is it that I really need in/at this moment?"

    4) To start that project I've been putting off, movement, water, etc.

    @Bluetail6 I ask those same questions. Sometimes I ask them standing in the pantry 😅. Waiting 15min and a glass of water also help when trying to decide if I am truly hungry.

    All day I have felt bad about quitting the challenge before it even started.
    If it's not too late, I'd like to do the November challenge and see if I can do it by myself. If it's not too late! If possible please allow me to stay in the November challenge and in Downsizer group.

    Thank you, either way you decide. Blue
