    I am thankful for my 2 beautiful children (well 1 is not a child anymore he will be 22 on 10/24) and I am thankful that I am getting healthy :)

    Its Thankful Thursday: What are you thankful for?
    These 2. Even though they drive me crazy I wouldn't trade them except maybe for another dog. 😉 Also my three fur babies. They keep me going

    Exercise - nope. Blood work this morning then grocery store. Stayed home all afternoon. I may be starting to catch the kid's cold. Ugh.

    It is what it is. I have been struggling lately so I need to get my focus back. The good news is it’s down from 203.6 from yesterday.

    I ended up swimming and doing a pool workout yesterday. I stretched for awhile after I finish. No pool for a couple of days. I am seeing my rheumatologist this morning and I think she will be giving me cortisone in my left shoulder. I am going to look at Apple Watch’s this afternoon.
