just joined, need to eat healthy

I got 40 lbs off with low carb, 100 gr or less a day. Done good with it, gained maybe 5 lbs back. Then I noticed I was staying hungry all the time. I was eating some junk food, chips or piece of cake. There is something to that I bet you cant eat just 1. So I am trying this site, eating healthy, give up the junk and see if my appetite decreases. Be good to lose the extra 5 lbs also.

    I only allow some junk very rarely, like for a birthday, but I pay for it. It spikes the appetite! Stick with whole foods like fruit, sweet potato, and veggies. Keep carb counting. You can do it! One step at a time!

    Hi, did it take 7-8 month to lose 40 lbs? Just wondering if low carb works for me!! I need to lose 45 lbs

    It is different for everyone but it is possible to lose 45 pounds in the same period if you lose 1.5 lbs per week consistently. Of course, it might take a bit more time or less depending on the consistency and eating habits. I used my fitness pal to count calories but I struggled to eat clean so now to make sure I don't gain it back I'm using dietpeeps to help me eat clean. I think using both along side each other might work for you as well. Let me know how it goes :) . You got this!!
