Exercise: Yes - 30 minute dog walk and 30 minute RPM spin bike workout

Nov 18th - yes x3
Nov 19th - pass day 2, tracked and under but didn't hit exercise. I'd been poorly and had a root canal so really wasn't up for it.
Nov 20th - yes x37 -
Exercise yes, short bike ride this morning, just 20 minutes. Lots of going up and down stairs finishing my packing. Bus stop exercises ( my boyfriend hates me doing these but I'm not going to just stand there for 15 minutes!)
Also walking from our hotel up to the airport to check out the new arrangements - it's been more than 2 years!
Tracked yes, breakfast and lunch at home, light dinner.
Calories yes, just under even with a glass of wine.5 -

* Very minimal moving just cooking and cleaning today I needed a rest.

* Tracked every BLT. This week has been awesome for me with minimal grazing. I think increasing my workouts and doing it early in the morning has perhaps helped my grazing somehow? Dispite having a cold I still feel really great and feel in charge of my behaviours atm! Xo5 -

Just googled way bus stop exercises are and wow how cool it's doing a workout while waiting for a bus. Very cool and committed @lesdarts1806 -

Cute meme @donna25trinity Today was a tiring day; I didn't have a good night's sleep and I ran errands with my Mother who lives an hour's drive away (so 2 hrs on the road). I came home & was very tempted to let the exercise go. But thanks to @WhatMeRunning 's Nov 18's encouragement, it inspired me to get out and get my 20 minutes in. So thank you Chris! I had planned my eating to be able to enjoy some Thai food tonight so it would have been a shame to not meet the UAC goal because of lack of exercise. And I really do feel so much better when I get out.4

Great day managed a little more in the rowing mileage did some flexibility work and played my early Christmas gift from hubby a new African mahogany acoustic guitar gotta luv that guy😊. Tracked logged and just stayed under.5

Pre-logged and only had to make a tiny adjustment to lunch that just basically required swapping the protein from shrimp to carnitas, so a very simple change to plug in. Wound up a couple dozen calories under TDEE so get to call it a 2 yes day, but still a pass day as I'm still not exercising due to the surgery and/or plantar fasciitis (separate issues).
We're all taking it easy here today.

Exercise: I found a podcast that makes the treadmill tolerable! I had always listened to music and glanced at the tv subtitles, but found that the podcast requires a lot more active concentration and makes the time pass more quickly! Also, throwing my coat over the treadmill display so I don't endlessly watch the minutes ticking by ever so slowly helps!

I sat next to a very active young boy (maybe 5 or 6) at the hockey game and it was a delight to watch him just enjoy life. I'm sure his parents didn't get to watch much of the game trying to contain his energy.4 -
Exercise - 20 minutes pacing while supervising children ( but about 3 hours outside with first one, then another, at outdoor gatherings in 40 degree weather)
Tracking - Planned the day, followed the plan (due to busy day with kids, I ate lunch and afternoon snack in the car, so little opportunity to deviate from the plan once I packed the food!)
