    @mshawski - love the room. The colors are so calming and peaceful. That chair is just what I am looking for - I’ll take 2 of those! And the dinosaur on the sofa made me smile. I’ve been wondering how you were doing emotionally. Hugs to you.

    Exercise – yes – bike ride plus dancing in the evening!

    Checking in on Saturday am as we were out late Friday evening. We had dinner out and I managed to find the strength to have a simple sorbet for dessert instead of cheesecake or some other fat and sugar bomb! One strategy I use for dinner out is to fill up with a big bowl of fresh fruit salad and a low fat yogurt before I go out.
