Re: Strength is the ability to break a chocolate bar into four pieces with your bare hands and then eat just ONE of those pieces....
LOL, I already know I wouldn't be able to stop at just one of the pieces. Strength for me would be the ability to NOT grab a SECOND chocolate bar, breaking IT into 4 pieces like I did the first one, and eating all four pieces like I did the first one!

Checking in on Saturday am as we were out late Friday evening. We had dinner out and I managed to find the strength to have a simple sorbet for dessert instead of cheesecake or some other fat and sugar bomb! One strategy I use for dinner out is to fill up with a big bowl of fresh fruit salad and a low fat yogurt before I go out.
