    I will be reading that article before the end of the day (almost time to start work in this time zone)

    me (yesterday): it had been raining all evening so no after-supper outdoor walk available.

    I don't know if you would call it "a problem" or "skewing the test" but I did the test (and I could tell what the answers that SHOULD give a "growth mindset" would be .... and often they WOULD be my answers ... but not truly feeling it at work these days even though I (mostly) answered "as if" in my usual mindset. It came back "mostly growth mindset with some fixed mindset elements"

    Since @StayFITTer mentioned getting via Libby/Overdrive and her local library - I will check my Libby app and see if MY local library has it too. I also like being "read to" ... so many books; so little time. I'm not sure why I resisted putting it on my tablet for so long .....

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, i did a chair yoga workout this evening as I slept in this morning. It's what I needed after a busy day

    I watch my Macro percentages and was carb-heavy today. Still trying to understand macros and staying close to my percentages.

    Exercise: o:) 35 minutes of exergame walking ... just got back from an additional walk around the block (plus 10 laps around the livingroom / diningroom / kitchen / hall to bring total steps over 8065 for the day
    Logged: o:) everything
    In Range: o:) with 36 calories to spare .... if not for the walk around the block I would have been at only 6510 steps and 13 calories in the green ..... which fitbit might have clawed back at midnight ....

    So still at 2/3 passes used (1 bad snack planning; 1 no exercise (not feeling well) )

    Exercised - 30 min of weight machines

    Tracked and calories- Was doing just fine until late afternoon. Found myself nibbling on this and that, telling myself I'd track it later. After dinner the appetite continued and I snacked more than I should have. Didn't bother to track. Resolve to do better tomorrow!

    I think the reason for the increased appetite was that my brain was wanting sugar and carbs for energy. Last night I had troubles getting back to sleep between 2 and close to 4 a.m. My mind was wide awake for some reason. Hopefully tonight I sleep better!

    5 or 6 or so pass days used.
