*14th wedding anniversary.
*11th work anniversary (not with the company but I’m an executive assistant and it’s my 11th anniversary working for my boss.
I had gained a few lbs back over this summer and didn’t want to make it MFP official since it would put me back under the 60lbs mark but I went truthful this morning, and now I’m back down to 56 lost. I will get back to 60 lost soon.
My run was rather lovely this morning.

Only just met the exercise rule but I really didn’t want to use a pass day just for that so I caught up in the evening
Long story:I went to house sit for my daughter. She moved house on Monday and the only day she could get her broadband reconnected was Wednesday but she had an important meeting at work that day. It took me nearly 2 hours to drive there (and the same coming home in the evening) so that immediately reduced my activity level for the day. When I got there, I obviously couldn’t go out for a walk or anything until the engineer had arrived and done the job. Soon after he left, she came home and we sat chatting for a while. My boyfriend was with me and we stopped on the way home for a meal in a pub. So, all in all a very sedentary day.
I did do about 15 mins workout in the morning because I knew I would be spending time sitting in the car. But when I got home my step count for the day was scarcely 6,000 and I usually aim for 12,000. So I did a walking workout for about 20 mins and got my steps up to over 8,000.
Luckily (!) the pub meal wasn’t very good. I chose a simple fish meal and only ate half the potatoes, so it didn’t exceed my calorie allowance. (I took my own lunch). My food for the day was sorely lacking in freggies but I had a big bowl of fruit salad after I got home (easy to skip dessert in the pub).9 -
Exercise: 40 mins on exercise bike plus outdoor walking
Logged: EVEN with Aunty's Steamed Pud (see yesterday) AND after-supper snack of air-popped popcorn, I didn't touch the exercise calories. (I would usually have no issue doing so, and plan snacks around leaving SOME in the bank, but not usually ALL
In Limits: By a very wide margin. The thawed meat portions happened to be on the small side, and I tried a Faux Wendy's Frosty (actually more of a snack than a meal) for lunch so was lighter on the overall daily intake than I try to be.

Exercise: 15 minutes MommaStrong in the morning and a few hours of walking in the woods for work - a rare treat!
Tracking: Planned the day, then on the way thought I could fit in a bakery cookie because of my exercise calories. Checked it before I ate it and I could and it was good.
