15-20K steps a day

Hi everyone!
I'm new here, and i'd like to start a challenge: starting on October 31st, ending on November 30th, we will aim to get in 15-20K steps a day.
A walking is a great low impact cardio, you can listen to music or podcasts whilst doing it, or even chat with your family members. I encourage everyone who is interested to give it a try!

And one more thing: what really helps me squeeze in a lot of steps into my day is (as narcissistic as it sounds), when i'm wasting my time on my phone i immediately head out to get some steps in

Sounds great. I usually hit about 12K, would be a nice challenge to increase that!2
