COVID booster

I got my COVID booster yesterday (Moderna, following original immunization with Moderna). It totally kicked my butt last night! I had a headache, muscle/joint aches, a low grade fever, major arm pain at the site of the shot. I barely got any sleep!
To be honest, I thought it wasn't going to be so bad...I don't know why. I was surprised!
How has folks' experience been with the booster (if you've gotten one)?

I debated that as well, Derrick. I feel fine, I’m not exposing myself to the virus, etc. why do I need a booster? Then I thought, “hey, I said I took the vaccine originally because the science supported it. Now the science says the immunity erodes over time and you need a booster. Am I a guy who follows the science, or not?”

My 91 y/o sister was one of the first people in USA to get Moderna vaccine as part of Clinical Trials with no bad side effects. She also got the second shot without much hoopla.
I had a good arm ache after first and second shots of Pfizer but that's about it. The booster was less severe than shots 1 and 2 for me.0 -
I will be scheduling this week for the end of November.
