@Babyvirgo21 Oh that stinks for you. I would say to try a pharmacy like Rite Aid, sometimes they have those machines that test your health (blood pressure, weight etc). I don't know about Publix, they don't have those around here. Good luck!

Update on my holiday lunch-I ate sensibly and then the desert station happened, and we all walked in a line so I got a cookie, 3 macaroons and some fruit. For a second I thought about not eating them, but since it was my first meal of the day, I just went ahead and later worked in a very light dinner and closed the day in a tiny deficit. With all that sugar in my system the scale went up 0.5 this morning and didn’t even stop to fret about. This is enormous for me and for the reaction/feelings I used to have in the past after a day like this.
I may not have conquered the scale, or the art of sleeping minimum 5h every night (my biggest wishes when I started) but after 1.5y here, for this one day I followed all the good advices and it felt good.
