Giving it a try

Hello everybody! I am new to Keto...today actually. I have to start somewhere or I never will finish :-) I'm not really sure what to expect from this lifestyle change. I guess I just want exactly that, a lifestyle change. Whatever I am doing now is not working. My biggest downfall is that I love pasta and it is one of the only foods that my children will eat. I seem to have a hard time controlling the amount of noodles that I shove into my pasta hole. Any suggestions?
