I am trying to see how to post to a group that I want to join... hope this goes to where I want it.

    ...well I have been trying this week (Nov of 2021) to use this thread/group to reach out to others and share and support and get motivated. However I cannot see how to get back to the group - only get back to my post ....??? So I will bid you all a 'good bye' hope you all stay well and healthy!
    -going to try to removed myself now..
