    @donna25trinity Sounds like you’ve had an amazing productive day in spite of the “hotcake” setback. Hopefully you’re feeling better now. You fine tuning your body towards healthy stuff is inspiring.

    3 yesses - my exercise consisted of cleaning some of my kitchen today (4 hours roughly) ,

    I am closing in on the xmas tree going up, more kitchen tomorrow as well as piles of bits and bobs that need to find a home , nail clippers, some wires, a dice, a game piece, a jigsaw puzzle piece, a bit of an old watch .. etc etc :D I often wonder how they manage to get all over the house but I have a bag full of bits n bobs to be re homed :/

    After yesterdays discussion about when we joined, I went back to look, I was a member in July 2017 and I worked out that I was actually in the winners circle :sunglasses: I am not sure if it was the june or july circle and I haven't yet worked out when I actually joined lol ..... July was near the end of my time with UAC as I managed to give myself a ruptured disc and was laid up for way way too long (touch wood I am getting over it now)

    I had forgotten I was in the circle back then so that was nice to see :)

    ✅ exercise - 75 mins yoga but skipped Bodypump. I was crunched for time.
    ❌ calories - cooking and tasting recipes all day.
    ❌ tracking - I didn’t unfortunately. Need to make a plan how I get around my cooking days as I would like to do more of them but I can’t be taking little tastes here and there without tracking.
