My goal for December *crossing my fingers* is to end the year at 197 lbs.
Height 5'1"
Starting Weight - 220 lbs

A slow start for December, but at least it is in the right direction. I’m getting dangerously close to 170 something???? I was below 180 from Feb to May already this year. Then, I went into winter/covid hibernation and got over 190.
No excuses for the rest of crazy 2021 for me. My hope is to close out this year 10 pounds lighter than I started 2021 and hit the ground running in 2022!

Still on a losing streak. Lost 0.4 pounds this week despite the fact we are firmly into the “Eating Season” around here. There are 4 Christmas Parties and our usual family Christmas dinner still to attend in the next two weeks. NOT complaining, I
the holiday season. These are good challenges to have. Wish you all good health and good times with your friends and families this season.

Yikes the things I focused on were important in a career way, but definitely took focus away from weight loss.
What must I do differently? Keep to my set regiment. I know it works, just a matter of repeating it daily.
