New to C25K!!!

Hello Everyone. I am excited to start my running journey. When I lost weight before I started out running. I think that I need to take it back to the basics to lose the excess weight again. :smiley:

  • Good luck! I just started C25K this week.

    Although I walk quite a lot, running is very intimidating to me. I committed to running a 5k with my Dad in March (oops!), so I decided to finally make myself do this :smile:

    Today I finished week one, day three. It was way more pleasant that I expected it to be and I'm looking forward to 'leveling up' next week! Enjoy the journey!
