How's your evening going? I must say first day back going good. First time trying calorie deficit plan 1200 calories per day and had about 800 calories and satisfied. Having a low calorie smoothie as my night snack after my Zumba exercise. I love not depriving myself but I still need to watch my sugar and carb in take.

    my evening has been good. Good to hear that you are full and satisfied. I had a little cheat day today. but it's pretty easy for me to get back into the groove of things.
