Yo. How'd you do?
(Who can type “yo” without saying to themselves “Adrienne”?)

Up 2.6. God, I love a good roller coaster!
Like any good roller coaster, the peaks are getting a little smaller as I meander down the tracks, and the dips are getting a bit lower. That’s all good, but it’s still troubling to let myself make bad decisions when I know in the monument they are bad decisions. Maybe this was enough of a slap upside the head to get me thinking straight again.
Stay tuned . . . .0 -
At Wednesday WW weigh-in I was up 0.6. Still below goal.0

Sorry I wasn't available on Friday to start this thread!
I don't think of "Yo! Adrianne!" when I start the thread. I more think of "yo" in the 90's "greetings and salutations" sense! Maybe more in-line with "Yo! MTV Raps!" (though that wasn't really my demographic or show back then).
On Friday I was up 0.4 pounds from the prior Friday. I'm just bouncing around in the same old place I've been in for a year or so! My head is still not firmly in the game to get down to my personal target weight right now. I guess I'm content to maintain where I'm at and just complain about not having my head in the game! Ha ha ha!

Someone - I’m thinking Lisa/Authenticity3 - used to say, “A plateau is that point where your desire to weigh less is in perfect balance with your desire to eat more.” That may be the definition of maintaining as well, perhaps. 👍0 -
Up 3.4
My Brother In Law past away unexpectedly. He literally dropped dead in his driveway after having coffee with his wife that morning. Spent 5 days straight at my SIL's house eating anything and everything I could find. Didn't develop a strategy to help with this until the day of the funeral for my BIL.
Back at it.

Sorry to hear that, but I can relate; my brother-in-law was found non-responsive in his recliner in August. Like you, I put on about eight pounds while there.
Hope the rest of your family is doing okay through this.0 -
I never did check in on wi day.
Up 3.8 lbs. I'm totally distracted of late.0 -
No WW this week (icy road at that time), but, at home, was down 0.8# from the home weight of the week before. We'll see how this coming week pans out. Running beside the track right now.0
