I’ve been doing a program called MOVE through the veterans. It’s a great rethink about what your doing with your health. I’m in week 6 of the program and had problems with tracking of meals. I was told about this site approximately one month ago.
With learning I need to change my thoughts and tracking I’m starting to drop some pounds. I’ve learned for myself to decide what road to take in my health. At 68 it’s time.
Ive focused on Carbs and now calories and tracking exact foods purchased is great. My health vet program helps me set up goals that are realistic. I’m on a goal of 1/2 pound per week. I’m on a 2200 calorie intake. If I fail one day, it’s ok as I get back on the track and no guilt, frustrations from no weight loss are gone, it’s a lifestyle to eat healthy.
