Today was challenging. Reached six days on the Oxy at home +2 in the hospital. I really don’t want to go past that so I stopped taking them. Somehow I felt hungry all day which hasn’t happened during maintenance. But the sunset was glorious.

Yes x 3 plus journaling and meditation. Tracked all week to a tee, feeling accomplished. Its friday night and hubby has a few drinks which usually results in me wanting to party with food cos I'm not a big drinker. So instead of using food to celebrate the end of the week ill use sum much needed sleep instead cos im exausted. Night all xo5
