    Another vote for getting out in the fresh air and (if possible, countryside) for some exercise – walking, cycling (my preferred option) or running (I don’t do that!)

    Daughter came down for a surprise visit and we had delicious takeout, pulled some cookies I had made for her and James up from the freezer (to test before she took them back home — she loves them; apparently so did I), and had a board games night with snacks. None was planned but all was enjoyed. It did my heart so good to see her and have a visit. ♥️

    Weighed in at 175.8, more than 4 lbs under my goal.of 180, confirming that I've met my goal even after accounting for fluctuation. I've been working toward this goal since Dec. 25 2020 and it feels good :smile:

    Super! Looks like you're doing well with maintenance then which you switched to not that long ago if I remember correctly.
