My wheels feel off in December and it has taken me a lot to get them back on. My goal is to have 12 continuous months in the group without my wheels falling off again. Putting lots on place to make that happen.

All 3 done 2.5 mile spin my daughter has challenged me to a 30 mile ride this month who can do it first she is just beginning her healthy journey so mom will do whatever is needed to instill success. Logged and stayed under.7

Not sure that the walking worked out that well for exercise during fasting. All the other times of fasting hunger has been a fleeting thing. After walking a lot in the morning, for the first time the hunger in the afternoon just would not pass (after about 21 hours of fasting), so I decided I should be flexible and ended my fast a couple hours earlier than planned. I ate and then an almost immediate sleepy peacefulness came over me and I had a good nap. I guess I will just keep seeing what happens.
