I'm even for this week! As I noted recently, I'm basically in maintenance mode for now. I'll re-assess after New Year's.

The roller coaster continues as I work back to goal, but let’s face it - the dips and drops are the fun part. I’m down 3.2 after being up 2.6 last week, which puts me at 199.4. Always nice being back in Onederland, and I did sorta anticipate when I got there that there’d be a bounce or two. Now to stick the landing!

This coming week? I’d like to lose another 1.4 to end the year at 198.0, since that would mean I hit my two pounds per month average rate of loss for the year. Doable with some focus, and I don’t have any current plans in the short term that risk derailing that. That is slower loss than some might prefer, but I know that I’m not being as precise in my tracking as I was the first time around. It slows my losses, but it’s better for my sanity. If I have to trade one for the other, I’m okay with that choice.

@crewahl WTG! Charlie. Great average for the year. With focus I hope to have at least that kind of average this coming year.

I'm down 4.6 lbs this week from a rampage of being in oblivion. Earlier in the week I was at 349.2 giving me a 11.4 lb variance in one week. Given being sick on Monday and Tuesday with a stomach virus I'm all over tge place. Since Christmas is going to be on the road 8. Hours driving both ways and 3 hours for our visit with DS in rehab I'm going to plan on good choices on the rd.
I want to end the year on a positive mental frame with a determination to focus in the coming weeks and months.

No WW this week (icy road at that time), but, at home, was down 0.8# from the home weight of the week before. We'll see how this coming week pans out. Running beside the track right now.
This morning, in pj's I was 216#. Better than the 335# where I started. Shooting for 205# at home, 210# at WW, which would be 10# below my set goal.
