LW 182.5 This is last weight, not last week. Because I hadn't lost weight in a long time even though I was doing the same program as I had all along. So. I decided to up my food and eat as much as I thought I could without actually gaining weight. I also cut back on my walking a little. I did that for 3 of 4 weeks and then dropped the calories back down. It seems to have worked because...
CW 181. The first 25 pounds came off steadily, but now it seems I am fighting for every pound.
