Tired of being sick & tired

Good morning. I just joined this group as I am looking for motivation and accountability. I am 62 years old, 5' 0" and overweight. I work in an office so I don't get much exercise plus I'm just tired ALL of the time. I just got myself a Fitbit. Joined a smoking cessation program (yes I have that awful addiction too) and just want to turn my life around. I would like to know what ya'll are doing. Intermittent fasting? Low carb? Count calories or just macros? Thank you all! I am looking for to changing for the better this year!
