    Generally speaking, No. But you need to learn what works (or doesn’t) for you. What are your goals at this time? My goal is to lose 30 lbs to start (and then 30 more – but I’ve learned to break it down into smaller chunks).

    I know there are certain foods/drink that put in front of me, I will overdo it. So, during this losing phase, I chose to eliminate those items until I get to a certain point that I can introduce them again.
