Not within your age demographic, but I have lost a total of 90 lbs on Keto/Carnivore. I am a 60 year old woman; I started my keto journey when I was 55 and lost the 90 lbs within 18 months. Normalized my blood sugars (off all three diabetic meds; maintain A1C of 4.7), normalized my cholesterol and blood pressure, even cured my IBS and recurrent diverticulitis. Keto is the fountain of youth!

Hello, I am not in your demographic either but I am a 52 year old man. Started KETO just this January 2nd at 340 lbs. After 4 weeks already down 30 to 310 and still going strong. Will leave updates as I go.

Hi Everyone, Well it has been 8 weeks total now and I weighed in today at 296 (44 lbs down). Still loving it. Had a couple of splurge days where I over indulged on my birthday and on Mardi Gras, but other than that, everything is going great. Staying in Keto and recovered quickly on the two days I kicked myself out. Losing on average .5 to 1.5 a day. Sometimes having a hard time eating enough calories for MFP to finish my day... LOL -- Anyway... See ya next time!!

Hi Everyone, Well another month in the bag now and I weighed in today at 278.3 (62 lbs down). Still going strong. Richard Simmons and I are becoming friends again.. LOL - I can do those moves again now without over stressing my hips and knees. YAY!! KETO is still the way for me!! See ya next time!!1
