Looking for low cholesterol/low carb meal ideas

I asked this question in the general categories, and received only one answer which were basically snacks, not actual meals. And I already consume those snacks. But I need foods that will satisfy my hunger.
I eat a lot of eggs/bacon/sausage/red meats/butter/tuna type foods. And salad. But a lot of high cholesterol foods in the mix. My A1c went from 7.2 in October to 5.3 as of yesterday. I don't have to take Metformin or test my blood sugar anymore! So that was my main goal and I've accomplished that.
However, the doc said my bad cholesterol is up to 146mg/dL. And he wants it to be around 70. He is putting me on a statin drug and said we'd revisit it in July to see if I can bring the levels down. If I can, he'll take me off that drug too. But in checking for foods, most that have low cholesterol are high in carbs. My Keto diet is what practically reversed my Type 2 diabetes. I really don't want to consume more carbs than I need to. In fact, I'm scared to consume more carbs!
I know I have to be smart about it. I used to eat a lot of sugary foods, not just carby foods. Like donuts, candy, soda, etc. But I also used to eat a lot of bread, pasta, pizza, etc. I've cut out all of the above. I do want to be able to start eating like the pasta, bread, etc eventually, but not until I get down to goal weight of 150. I'm at 176 now. So roughly 25-30 pounds more to go.
Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Here's a pretty thorough article on the subject.

This one is more through and nerdy, but about mid-way through there are suggestions on improving your diet to affect cholesterol levels.

Anyone else have personal experience or thoughts on this?1 -
Thank you @baconslave! I will read through those articles later. Today my mind is mush. And I just had pizza and wings and went way over calories and carbs. It's been one of those days. It's been a hell of a week with the one bright spot being the news of my A1c. But I look forward to reading them! Thanks again!
