I am 17yo 5’10 206lbs i lift 6 times a week on a ppl schedule, my bmr combined with activity is 3400-3600 what should I be eating to cut? Im okay with it taking time as long as it works I have been eating rice chicken and broccoli after school but I want to make sure if there’s anything better I can be doing. I just learned about 1g protein per pound body weight so I’ll add that to my diet but I basically just need some tips on foods mainly for breakfast and dinner that I can use. What’s a good caloric goal for me? I also drink about a gallon of water or more a day. Thank you!
