A bit of a down day, hence no exercise - but on the plus side at least I didn't emotion binge.
I really want to start running again, so my aim for tomorrow is to do the first day of the C210k programme. I've been meaning to do that for a while; hopefully stating the intention here will help get me going π¬7 -

First day in a while that was not a pass day.
Exercise: 40 minute walk

Calories: Followed the plan - under!
And I was SO hungry all day. Still hungry this morning. My stomach is rumbling as I type this.
I am reflecting on my habits and routines lately - which ones serve me, which ones don't. So that was a timely question. I like thinking about how they are pointing you towards the future. I tend to just reflect on how they are getting me through the day but I'm going to think about that too.

Tracking? I don't think so... I didn't track dinner, but I don't remember eating dinner that night.
Calories? No
Bad car day. Daughter started her car, something starting "banging" under the hood, the Check Engine light was flashing, and when she turned off the car, something smelled "weird." Had it towed and spent the rest of the day scared it would be something like needing a new motor. Didn't hear anything for the rest of the day.3 -
