Wednesday February 16
Trip up and back to see our daughter and her partner and to take that road trip before the used car 30 day warranty expires. Had a wonderful visit with them and dinner at a great farm to table restaurant with all local foods. I had a quinoa vegan bowl and it was so good.
Did my walk and strength routine before hopping in the car so exercise ✅
Did my best to track and really overestimated go be sure. ✅
Calories I think probably over so will take a pass day. ❌

Exercise? Yes. (Unsurprisingly, I am not a fast enough runner to beat a bus from one bus stop to the next when I miss the first stop. But I tried. Hahahaha! All I succeeded in doing was to lose my empty lunch box.)
