I really wish MFP would fix their problems. I am having to logon the web every time I come here. Evidently they changed something because many people are having this problem. At first the forum part was working until today while the "diary" for logging food/exercise was constant. It's web based as I can log on the app but I find that too time consuming.

I find the calories the hardest. I'm currently breastfeeding and so I'm keeping a moderate deficit and some days I'm really hungry.5 -
I feel like @MadisonMolly2017 summed it up best for me... so I will borrow her words.
Which if rules most difficult?
When I’m in the flow, none of them.
When I’m not, staying under calories.
Today,
Yes, yes and yes
Walking and a lot of general activity.6 -

Feb 6th:
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Walk for about 20 minutes, snowshoed about 45 minutes
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes, but learned to STAY AWAY from fried onion rings. One onion ring has MANY calories. Yes, I thought just one would be OK.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes6 -
@LazyBlondeChef I am having the same problem as you, I now have to put in my userID and password every time I log into MFP using my PC. I hope they fix it!1

Sunday February 6
Thanks for such a thought provoking opener @LazyBlondeChef
Oooops - posting now for Sunday. I see this in my drafts and I guess I forgot to post.
Hardest of the three accountabilities?
Exercise (in winter, not in warmer weather). As I posted on the 5th, doing my best to find more ways to be successful and will keep working at this.
Tracking - yes
Calories - well under
Exercise - best day yet and set a new record on my Apple Watch (which I have only had since December 25, but a win is a win!). 103 minutes of exercise (did two long sessions of rapid walking using incline on the treadmill, then squats and other counter exercise to balance the incline impact). 16,000+ steps

Monitored sugars and under.
For me staying under calorie limit will always be something that I need to work at. We grew up in a European family and food is literally life for us. Ha ha! I love to eat, so measuring allows me to control portion sizes. Working out is not overally hard for me thankfully. Xo
Yay! @donna25trinity for getting back on tract pronto!!’
💕
Thanks Maddie. Xo1 -
