Loss to date: 87.7 lbs
Honestly I expected a larger increase since all my spare time has been focused on the details of buying/selling home and preparing for move/packing. One more week!3 -
Had my eighth radiation treatment today. So far, good with few side effects. I do have some pain where the pressure plate is pressed into my abdomen just below the diaphragm, could be a bruise or inflammation. Just 17 more to go!

Hang in there! The end of the series is within sight! I had 36 of them years ago during my first diagnosis. It feels good when you've completed all of the treatments and can put the experience behind you (and move on to the rest of your life!). I hope that the pain is resolved soon and that the side effects are minimal!2 -

Well. I wasn't expecting a huge loss this week because I've had a few really good weeks, but was honestly thinking it would be a bit more than it is. Sorry all, I'm not contributing much to this week's competition. I'll do better next week!!

About the Step Challenge:
I post results every Wednesday. Get your step counts to me before the post goes up and you are all set! It's never too late to join in on the challenge, and a little competition can do great things for consistency.

The weight dr gave me meds to try to help with my weight loss but it doesn't seem to be helping. My gastro dr wants me to ask my nutritionist about the low fodmap diet. Sometimes I just get so frustrated. Tomorrow I am going to the trampoline place with my granddaughters, hopefully I dont hurt myself, I am so accident prone but it looks like so much fun. I will definitely get a workout there.2

1. I would like to change my weigh-in day to Fridays starting in March.
2. I am very proud of myself for "moving" every single day this month. On most days it was at least an hour of walking but I also added yoga, and yesterday I went swimming.2 -

Life with a new puppy is very interesting. So far, all dogs are getting along great. There have been a few spats, but is usually just a few low growls. No teeth showing or violence.
There have been quite a few 5am potty runs. Keeps that step count in check, so I'm good with that.
