Hey guys! I lost 2.6 kg in the first week with the ketogenic diet. Targetting to lose 9 more in the next 2 months. Let's see!

That's wonderful! Yes, keto is awesome! It's not for everyone, but for those of us who try it...it's great! Keep going!!3

Yeah keto isn't magic. But it works as good as that for me. It restricts the foods I naturally overeat. I like the food so I am better able to stay on-plan so I can stay on calories. And once I get in the groove, carb cravings get a lot quieter. And my appetite gets a little better. I'm always a very hungry caterpillar, but with keto though it's still robust it calms down some.2
