    Have you power balls?
    Flax seed, chia seed, pb, coconut shavings, chocolate chips, oats, honey.
    Great grab and go!

    (Obviously you can mix up what you put in there )

    thin slice of bread, cottage cheese and marmite (or vegemite if you live in Australia) is my favourite!

    I add Bomar protein powder to plain Greek yogurt & add Bomar to coffee, or if you can find it Silk makes a high protein milk! Saves me a good portion of the time.
