Day 2 of the stomach flu. My Fitbit has recorded a lot of activity minutes. I am guessing it was from tossing and turning in bed.9

I'm back on track today after going overboard at the weekend. Cycled 12km and worked out with a trainer for an hour. Logged all my food (only had two meals as I am STILL full from Saturday!) and I am way under my calories for today.
Three yeses from me today. I do find week days easier than weekends. This experience of daily accountability has been very eye opening.7 -

Yes x 3 today.
Today's post is significant for me because my journey has been a lot of ups and downs. But I've spent the last year replacing a lot of my past poor coping behaviours with some better ones. Having come through a rather stressful few months, I can see that I have made progress. I am definitely on the upswing now (even if I still go through a couple of landslides).
Hope everyone had a good start to their week!7 -

From 18 March ThemeThis is my identity based March Tiny Habit. For the next 14 days:
I am a person who values the health and fitness of body, mind, and spirit.
I will refrain from eating after 9pm to allow my body to concentrate on processing CI
LNS: 0 ~|~ Me: 21 (Streak = 25)
This has definitely worked for me. My CI have reduced this month.
I know some people believe that all calories are equal. However, I was checking my macros today and I realised that my Fat%age has been creeping up, which I do not think is healthy for my body.
I will prelog my CI first thing in the morning to ensure that I am within 2% my daily specified goal for Fat%age

Getting back on the trail after phoning it in running over the winter between the chaos of life and avoiding the dreadmill like we had one hella awkward first date.
Didn’t feel great doing it and not sure I’m going beyond 3 miles for a few weeks - but hey I can still run 3 miles which I haven’t been able to do coming out of winters past so that’s a win. 😊
I know you can’t out run a bad diet, but running helps my brain keep structure and getting back to my normal schedule is the key to me getting back on track nutritionally.
I tried to post a screen shot of my run, but I keep having issues adding pictures. Then after I try and it fails it tells me I don’t have permission to post anything and I have to start over. 🤷🏻♀️6 -
