Great tips @Jana_2020 ... I too have been using my lunch hour for movement... it clears my head of work stress and it's also just an effective use of the time. Thanks for sharing!
lol - I didn't know parchment paper sheets were such a novel thing. I buy the Smartake brand in the 12"x16" size and manually cut in half if I need to line a quarter sheet pan or line a loaf pan. Besides for roasting, I mainly use it as a sling to lower my sourdough bread into a scorching hot dutch oven or to easily slide pizza onto the stone.2
