do you guys feel uncomfortable with men staring at you as you lose weight? (trigger warning)

maybe its just me but i noticed i get very uncomfortable when i lose weight around my waist (i have big thighs) and guys start staring at me when i walk outside. maybe it has to do with old traumas (child abuse), maybe not, idk.... im always wearing loose clothing, but when i manage to eat right for a few days, my waist is the thing first that gets smaller and it shows. so ill binge. maybe its one reason why i eat ,to keep being invisible? idk if its related, but i started noticing this...

i was just wondering if anyone else feels like this and if anything makes you feel better or if you read any books on the subject that you could recommend...
