I am coming back after 10 years. I'd like to know what most of you use for a fat, carb, and protein ratio each day. Plus I need to know how to respond to comments made on the group.

I am have 5% carbs 25% protein and 70% fat in my app but my goal is No carb and protein is a minimum and fat is a maximum. But I also have almost unlimited veggies. I count them but I don’t care if all my carbs were from low glyCemic veggies.1

yeah I don't do macros or percentages.
Carb is a ceiling. You count the and don't go over. I do 50 net carbs. Some do total. Some do 20 total. Anything under 50g is fine.
And then I prioritize eating protein rich foods. The fat tends to fall in a good place on it's own.
