Where does everyone work out?

Hello,

I just joined the group.

Currently, I work out at CrossFit on the Square and I also take yoga classes in Sandy Springs at Peachtree Yoga.

    I have a gym at work and run in the Smyrna area. I'm thinking of taking classes at the Sky Gym (in Sandy Springs) too.

    I've been working out at "La Casa de Bonnie" i.e. at home with my smart phone. There are so many helpful apps on there! I have been trying to incorporate walking with the dogs at Tolleson Park. It's beautiful, has fields, a walking trail, and there's always people and/or police officers there so I feel safe. I've been thinking about joining Planet Fitness, but I want to see how many pounds I can lose without flushing money down the drain (I've had quite a few gym memberships in the past).
