So I've been slacking pretty bad and not going to the gym due to the fact that when I get off at midnight it's not open. Hello, I just joined the group. Currently, I work out at CrossFit on the Square and I also take yoga classes in Sandy Springs at Peachtree Yoga.
Went there tonight for the first time. I have a 7 day pass so will let everyone know. First Impression fun atmosphere, I was able to work out for an hour on the elliptical and a few pieces of equipment.
