Went there tonight for the first time. I have a 7 day pass so will let everyone know.
First Impression fun atmosphere, I was able to work out for an hour on the elliptical and a few pieces of equipment.

If you're familiar with the Cumberland Mall area it's right beside the Best Buy. There is an IHop and an Italian Restaurant in the same complex. I've been there 2 times so far and love it!
They have a juice/smoothie bar that taste great and and fairly priced (4 dollars for a 16oz with a protein shot).
All the equipment is pretty bright (yellow/red) but I'm not there to look at the equipment. There is a lot of muscle guys and gals but I saw some others there that are there to lose weight so I don't feel out of place there.
It's a 1 year contract and 19.99/month. They have childcare for an additional 10 dollars and tanning for ?/month I didn't ask.
If you decide to go please let me know I'll give you a recommendation card and I'll get a month off (will buy ya a smoothie or something to even it out). So far unless something major happens I'm joining. I'm a member of x3 (off Windy Hill) it's an MMA gym but I can't get there in the mornings and they are closed by the time I get off work.0 -
I joined and love it, if anyone is interested I can give you a card for a free month so you can try it.
No obligation and I don't get anything from it just trying to help someone out!
