I exercise 4 days a week by lifting weights and some cardio. I tried starving, protein only , weight watchers. I finally figured out you really need to cut down the fat to 25 grams and that is not very much. I eat fish , rice, protein shake , oatmeal , a fruit a day , green vegetables, black coffee and 64 0z of water a day 1,300 to 1,500 calories a day and I lose weight wonderful. It’s all about cutting our fat and calorie deficit. I am over 60 and this works for my girlfriend that is a bodybuilder and for me also
