Thank you Messymissy for doing this great challenge. It helped me more than once get out there & burn it up.

congrats to all that hung in there & posted daily. I hope you all got some good results. I am looking forward to a September challenge.

Week 2: 3667 calories burned
Week 3: 5178 calories burned
Week 4: 3507 calories burned

total burned: 16,265

    Thanks, MessyMissy! Your challenge caused me to do more than I ever thought I could. Life happened this last week and so my numbers were down, but that's okay. I now know I can definitely burn 3,500 calories each week if I want to. :smile:

    Week 1 - 5,160 calories (and 1 lb. lost)
    Week 2 - 6,536 calories (and got in the Top 5 this week :bigsmile:)
    Week 3 - 2,881 calories
    Week 4 - 1,210 calories

    Total - 15,787 calories
