If you haven't already done so, please be sure to let us all know if you're going to be in the Winner's Circle or the Champion's List this month.
Looking forward to seeing everyone in May. Let's finish strong and not do the "I will start tomorrow" thing we all love to do which ends up putting us in a bad place.

Huge list.
Yesx3 April has been a maintaince break for me and although I was very naughty and had more pass days than I can remember I still some how managed to maintain my weight which is pretty awesome!!! Xo6 -

WOW!! What a list this month awesome work everybody bet we can rock May letβs try !!
I didnβt log my exercise but I got a workout playing toss the toy outside with my cattle dog this afternoon I think I even got a slight sunburn lol. Completed my exercise by washing my new SUV and hubbyβs new truck I am tall but could not reach either one of the middle part of the windshield on either vehicle good stretching program π

Got my bike ride in early β still a bit chilly when I set out but warmed up.
I did a lot of cooking β batch cooking for the freezer β so was on my feet for hours but not racking up many steps. Didnβt get my 12,000 but over 10,000.

Another Pass Day!
I had a birthday date with my friend - we have birthdays right around the same time and so we try to celebrate them together. It's been a tradition for a while now. We went for a lovely hike and then out to dinner and then out to dessert. I tried to focus on the fun rather than the food, and I preplanned what I was going to eat, but didn't quit succeed in following the plan. I still did better than if I hadn't planned. And it was fun.
That's the problem with my celebration eating, I think. I can't quite bring myself to regret it, even as I am sad about the number I'm seeing on the scale.
I did do all 3 of my exercise goals yesterday: 15 minutes MommaStrong, 20 minutes stretching, and 2 hours of hiking.
I am setting the intention now that May is going to be better. I am aiming for pass days in May. I have my calories set at a very slight deficit, so that should be doable, and some days I may increase the deficit. I did manage to be a winner 1 month of this challenge - let's see if I can do it again!

@SummerSkier thanks for your great list! I forgot that you were doing that and was worried I was going to have to go through and count everyone up this morning. So thankful that you already did it! It's definitely a team effort to keep this going while @Mrs_Hoffer is unavailable. But we can do it!3

Yes, I'm a champion. This has been an informative month for me: travel, goal weight, maintenance, lots and lots of social outings, above goal weight. The opening topics have touched on all of these issues and I'm still learning from all of you.
I've excused some of my own behavior particularly around the social situations and travel, but realistically these are not once in a blue moon occasions any more. Now I have @Mrs_Hoffer 's question in my head, "What is your plan?". Unfortunately, I ask that question to myself after the fact. Looking forward to May.2 -
