Another Pass Day!
I had a birthday date with my friend - we have birthdays right around the same time and so we try to celebrate them together. It's been a tradition for a while now. We went for a lovely hike and then out to dinner and then out to dessert. I tried to focus on the fun rather than the food, and I preplanned what I was going to eat, but didn't quit succeed in following the plan. I still did better than if I hadn't planned. And it was fun.
That's the problem with my celebration eating, I think. I can't quite bring myself to regret it, even as I am sad about the number I'm seeing on the scale.
I did do all 3 of my exercise goals yesterday: 15 minutes MommaStrong, 20 minutes stretching, and 2 hours of hiking.
I am setting the intention now that May is going to be better. I am aiming for pass days in May. I have my calories set at a very slight deficit, so that should be doable, and some days I may increase the deficit. I did manage to be a winner 1 month of this challenge - let's see if I can do it again!

@SummerSkier thanks for your great list! I forgot that you were doing that and was worried I was going to have to go through and count everyone up this morning. So thankful that you already did it! It's definitely a team effort to keep this going while @Mrs_Hoffer is unavailable. But we can do it!3

You will need to double check this one ... Sorry. It's hard when people come in and post 1 time a week as "catch up" for me to keep track.

Yes, I'm a champion. This has been an informative month for me: travel, goal weight, maintenance, lots and lots of social outings, above goal weight. The opening topics have touched on all of these issues and I'm still learning from all of you.
I've excused some of my own behavior particularly around the social situations and travel, but realistically these are not once in a blue moon occasions any more. Now I have @Mrs_Hoffer 's question in my head, "What is your plan?". Unfortunately, I ask that question to myself after the fact. Looking forward to May.2 -

@Caroline_slowandsteady -yeah I sometimes regret going overboard especially if it makes me uncomfortable but otherwise no enjoy the celebration. Sounds like you did the best you can planning your food, etc1

@Mrs_Hoffer, how exciting but so stressful on your new house! It turns out we’ll be moving too come the first week of June. Plus we have a vacation planned the 4th - 10th, we shall see if that happens, lol.
My main goal the next couple days is to start my packing too… “breath Jackie breath” lol.
