    I did a quick scroll, didn't see me, so forgive if this is a repeat

    Exercise? walked the dog a couple of times because my daughter wasn't home (I really feel like I've written this before...) that gave me 20 minutes of vvvvvveeeeerrrrrryyyyy sssllllllllooooooowwwwww exercise.

    Calories? No clue, but probably not.
