    Week 3 flew by, last week before school starts for me and the kiddos. Have been busy flash freezing veggies from the garden, and batch cooking soups, stews and chili portioned out for lunches. I'm down to my last container of chicken stock, so looks like I'll be roasting a chicken and making more this weekend too.
