    I'm down 1.2 for the week, but that does appear to be an April Fools joke, as I was up for most of the week, and dropped ~2.5 pounds since yesterday. While "I'll take it," it can't be "real," so I'll take it with a grain of salt.

    I'm still just drifting and not making a real effort. At least I'm still maintaining, I guess.

    Down 3 lbs. Progress in the right direction. I have been co concentrating on taking, portionand kcals. On to another day and another week.

    Despite my complaints about being on a mild plateau, I finished the week at -2.

    Official WW on Wednesday, 216.6, which down 3.4 since last week. Friday to Friday I'm +2#. Really eating extra the last two days, and we're going to the fish fry at church tonight, Tomorrow will me fun. Ha! Ha!

    Multiple meals out has left me above the healthy eating zone all but two of the past seven days. As a result, I’m up 6.4# this week. No, I’m not gonna blame sodium, but pizza and beer aren’t a recipe for weight loss. The maddening thing? The pizza wasn’t that good.

    I did have some stressors Wednesday and Thursday, but the gain was fairly well entrenched before that happened. The stress may have impacted my ability to right the ship, but the ship had already taken on water - and guacamole, and cheeseburgers . . .
