The original group, #TeamGetOutOfThe200s had tens of thousands of members. Unfortunately, I stopped using MFP and the group became inactive. I truly believe this correlates with my weight gain. Although the gain was gradual as it took nearly 4 years for me to regain the weight I'd lost (after keeping it off for nearly 5 years), if I had continued to track my food, I likely could have avoided the weight gain or at least as much weight gain. I allowed myself to re-enter the 200s. I know keeping an account of what I ate was the primary ingredient that took me from 244 lbs to 160 lbs. It only takes a few minutes a day and it's worth every second. Today, I start again and this time will make a permanent change. If I can achieve it for over 5 years I know I can achieve for a lifetime. Let get it, let's go!
